Seperation of Church and State?

Tonight is the first time that Barrack Obama and John McCain will be together on the same stage. Tonight will mark the first "presidential debate" of the election season. However, is it really a debate. This event will be held at Rick Warren's mega church in California. As many people know Rick Warren is the author of "The Purpose Driven Life." Tonight's debate will be centered around issues that deal with religion. Now as a republican I don't have a problem with religion in our government. However, I'm surprised the democratic party is allowing Obama to partake in this debate. I mean according to the liberal side of things there should be a "separation of church and state." Rick Warren is a major anti-abortion advocate. As many people know Obama is pro-abortion. This may cause a major conflict between Warren and Obama. Tonight's debate will hopefully help the McCain campaign. McCain has been known to struggle when it comes to discussing his religion. Hopefully, the reason for this is because he doesn't want to turn away certain voters. However, hopefully, this debate will allow Obama to come out and discuss his connection with Islam religion. Either way this evening's debate will be one to watch. Tune into Fox News at 8 p.m. (eastern)
